Mains are served with a selection of salads. Salads include: Balsamic Red Slaw; Carrot, Coriander, and Chickpea Couscous; and a selection of green leaves from our neighbouring OxGrow organic garden.

More About Our Food
Cutting out meat and animal-products from our diets is one way of reducing our carbon footprint. We love finding tasty new ways of eating our five-a-day, to keep both people and the planet healthy and happy.
As part of our fight against food waste, we also make use of surplus food from the Oxford Food Bank and (during harvest season) OxGrow. Over the summer Replenish Food Waste Ambassadors will share their recipes, ideas, and techniques for making the most of food that might otherwise be thrown away.
